Currently all deliveries must be made to the credit card billing address unless a secondary shipping address is registered with the credit card company. If your billing address is a P.O. Box then you must provide us with a physical address by email in order for us to ship your merchandise.monshoes.com does not ship to P.O. Box address and requires an adult to sign for the package.

Orders usually ships within 24-36 hours, once your order has been shipped, an e-mail will be sent to you within the next 48 hours reflecting that your order has been shipped with tracking numbers.
